As New Hampshire’s population ages, caregiving responsibilities will continue to grow, affecting both individuals and the workforce. With 60 percent of caregivers also employed, organizations have an opportunity to create a more inclusive workplace that supports these employees, ultimately improving engagement and retention.

Join the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce for an interactive panel discussion on how businesses can better support caregivers. This forum will explore the caregiving landscape in New Hampshire and provide practical strategies for employers to create flexible, supportive work environments.

Our panel of experts will include:

  • Jennifer Rabalais, Co-Director, Center on Aging and Community Living, University of New Hampshire
  • Christina Fitzpatrick, New Hampshire State Director, AARP
  • Ryan King, Vice President of Human Resources, Northeast Delta Dental

Moderated by Richard Chevrefils, Steering Committee Chair for the NH Alliance for Healthy Aging, the conversation will cover key topics such as mental health resources, flexible work arrangements, and the benefits of a caregiver-friendly workplace. Attendees will also have the chance to engage in a Q&A session to gain valuable insights on implementing supportive practices in their own organizations.
