2024 Young Professional of the Year Nomination Form

CYPN’s Young Professional of the Year is an award created by the Concord Young Professionals Network and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce to recognize an area young professional, aged 40 years or younger, who demonstrates professional excellence and a commitment to the community.

Criteria:

Must be 40 years of age or younger on June 1, 2024

Must live and or work in the Greater Concord area

Must be a NH resident for each of the last three consecutive years

Must demonstrate professional excellence in their field

Must display a commitment to the community

Must be a positive role model to others

Must be nominated by one or more peers

Must have had involvement with CYPN
