The early decisions requiring businesses to reforecast business models, consider the impact on global partnerships, and navigating the potential risks. As time has passed and more actions have been taken, the importance of businesses to be resilient and agile while employing positive change management techniques has been critical.
The level of uncertainty and the yoyo effect of decisions have made it challenging to navigate.
