You don't need to be skilled in these disciplines to benefit from expressive therapy\; it's about the process\, not being a trained musician or dancer.\n\nExplore music and dance movement therapy techniques\, process and interconnection with CCMS Music Therapist Tony Varga and Dance Movement Therapist Heather Hearne.\n\nVarga's presentation provides an introduction to music therapy\, explains the types of clients who might benefit from it most\, and demonstrates how it works.  Hearne will discuss dance movement therapy techniques\, share success stories\, and offer optional moments to integrate and participate. \n\nThis event will be held in our historic Recital Hall. It is free of charge and open to the public\, thanks in part to the generosity of the Walker Fund. Donations are appreciated.
