As New Hampshire’s population ages, caregiving responsibilities will continue to grow, affecting both individuals and the workforce. With 60 percent of caregivers also employed, organizations have an opportunity to create a more inclusive workplace that supports these employees, ultimately improving engagement and retention.

Join the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce for an interactive panel discussion on how businesses can better support caregivers. This forum will explore the caregiving landscape in New Hampshire and provide practical strategies for employers to create flexible, supportive work environments.
