Learn about the essential legal documents of an “estate plan” – those documents that contain the plan for distribution of your assets at your death (Will and Trust) and those that govern during your lifetime if you become incompetent (Durable Power of Attorney and New Hampshire Advanced Directive). We will also discuss probate administration, the importance of trust funding, and relevant changes in New Hampshire and federal estate tax laws over the past several years and how these changes could affect your existing estate plan.
