In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month 2025, join us for a FREE mini session combining education, a community walk, and a bonus fitness activity in White Park. Riverbend's InSHAPE Coordinator Kayla Pelletier and her team of certified personal trainers will discuss the InSHAPE approach and provide healthy tips to the community. Gather with your friends, neighbors, and colleagues for this free and beneficial session - and enjoy some springtime air!
Participants will meet at Riverbend at 5:30 p.m. for a short introductory program, warm-up, and stretch. From there, we’ll walk together to White Park and then complete a mini-session of body weight, strength-based exercises. We’ll then return on foot to Riverbend, with the program concluding around 7 p.m. Expect to walk between 1.1 and 1.5 miles.
