Introduction to Woodburning

Description

Learn the basics of woodburning with Juried Member, Sara Desjardins in this beginner-friendly class. 

You’ll create a simple design on a natural wood slice while learning essential techniques such as preparing your surface, transferring or sketching a design, and using a pyrography pen for outlining, shading, and texture. 

Your supply kit includes a 7-inch basswood round, pencils, graphite paper, and sandpaper. No prior experience with woodburning, woodworking, or drawing is required.
