On May 2nd, FHO is hosting Mental Health & The Arts: Movie & Panel Discussion at Red River Theatres to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month. The evening will start with a social hour featuring local artwork, a silent auction, and light refreshments. We will then move into the theatre to view the film Heaven is a Traffic Jam on the 405, a film about a female artist who struggles with severe anxiety and depression and is able to find her voice through her incredible sculptures and drawings. Post film, we will hear from a panel of local experts from the mental health and art therapy fields. Purchase tickets: https://redrivertheatres.org/film/heaven-is-a-traffic-jam-on-the-405/
