Kevin Lacasse, Founder and CEO of New England Family Housing (NEFH), brings over two decades of expertise in real estate development and property management. His journey from welding and aerospace engineering to real estate has resulted in the development and rehabilitation of over 1,500 housing units across multiple states, with a significant focus on New Hampshire. A recipient of the NH Union Leader’s "40 Under Forty" award, Kevin's impact extends beyond his role at NEFH; he co-founded D&L Homes, LLC, led over a dozen projects as a general contractor, and holds approvals from three modular home companies and organizations like USDA Rural Development and Energy Star. His recent achievement includes securing a $1.09 million InvestNH Capital Program grant to transform the former Brown School in Berlin into additional housing, showcasing his commitment to community revitalization and innovation in real estate.

Doug Richardson, Executive Vice President of Development
Onyx Partners Ltd  (Steeplegate Mall Development)

Doug is Executive Vice President of Development at Onyx with over thirty-five years of development experience having worked on projects totaling over 20MM SF. Working on hundreds of projects throughout New Hampshire for Companies including Onyx Partners Ltd, Waterstone Properties, The Flatley Company, as well as Stop & Shop/Hannaford Supermarkets, Doug has been directly responsible for all aspects of the development process on a broad spectrum of initiatives, including residential, hotel, corporate office, industrial R&D, warehouse, as well as national retail. Doug’s core role has been directing multi state development efforts, with a special focus on site and building design, permitting, and critical path construction management. Projects in New Hampshire include ground up new construction, as well as redevelopment, including the cities and towns of Nashua, Rochester, Portsmouth, Epping, Seabrook, Newport, totaling in excess of five million square feet.
