The mission of the NH Correctional Industries is to offer residents the opportunity to develop marketable job skills and a positive work ethic through structured workplace training programs and the production of goods and services. Correctional Industries operates in all three correctional facilities in the State of NH, as well as at the Farm and Retail Store located in Concord, NH. At the men’s facility in Concord, residents receive training in metal products manufacturing, printing, graphic arts, sign making, engraving, woodworking, furniture crafting, furniture re-upholstering, refinishing and restoration and general office skills. At the men’s facility in Berlin, workplace opportunities are provided in woodworking, furniture crafting, re-upholstery, refinishing, restoration, and general office skills. At the women’s facility in Concord, training is provided in the field of Sublimation Printing and warehouse and material handling in the Canteen Fulfillment Center. At the farm in Concord, residents participate in Horticulture, Greenhouse and Forestry Programs. NHCI has a Retail Showroom located at 312 N. State Street where quality and custom handcrafted products made by our residents are on display for sale to the public. We have recently added a line of authentic whiskey barrel furniture and home decor.  Spring vegetable and perennial/annual plants are available in May/June and Fall Mums are available in September/October at the retail store - 603-271-8299 sales@doc.nh.gov.
