Young's Excavating & Paving LLC is a family-owned paving and excavation contractor based at 37 Washington Street in Penacook, part of the city of Concord. The Young family has paved in New Hampshire since 1947, and the business is now in its fourth generation, with owner Bill Young a third-generation paver.

Young's handles both the site work and the finished surface. Because excavation and paving come from one contractor, property owners can discuss base condition, drainage and the final surface in a single conversation.
