First Course (Choose One to Share):
 • Lobster Ravioli – Maine lobster, saffron cream sauce, parmesan, fennel fronds.
 • Crispy Pork Belly – Jalapeño cheddar cornbread, hot honey.
 • Sautéed PEI Mussels – White wine, lemon garlic butter sauce, fennel, roasted tomatoes, toasted garlic ciabatta.

Second Course (Choose One per Guest):
 • Filet Oscar au Poivre – Grilled filet mignon, crab meat, asparagus, au poivre sauce.
 • Pan-Seared Scallops – Fresh diver scallops over crab and creamed corn risotto, fried sage.
 • Half Chicken – Slow-roasted and fried, honey Dijon glaze, roasted Brussels sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes.

Third Course (Choose One to Share):
 • Chocolate Mousse – Dark chocolate, chocolate lace cookie, shaved white chocolate.
 • Lemon Beignets – Dusted with powdered sugar, balsamic macerated strawberries.
