Succession planning is crucial for all nonprofit stakeholders including the Board of Directors, high potential internal staff members, funders, and of course current leadership! Join us for an overview of what succession planning is, why it’s important, the methodology and elements involved, as well as how to conduct a talent review and institute development plans to grow future leaders from within. 

Susannah Chance, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Leddy Group is our subject matter expert for this session. Susannah leads the HR function for both Leddy Group and Work Opportunities Unlimited, Leddy’s sister organization dedicated to “creating new opportunities for success in the workplace every day” for individuals with barriers to employment. Susannah also heads up Leddy Groups HR Consulting program, supporting, and providing training to clients in New England and across the country.
