Attorneys Lindsay Nadeau and Sam Fuller will provide an update on the ever-changing landscape of employment and HR laws during the next Legal Breakfast Series on Tuesday, November 19 at 8:00 a.m. at the Orr & Reno offices at 45 South Main Street in Concord.
The session will provide a comprehensive overview of key legislation that employers, managers and HR professionals need to be aware of as they hire and supervise their employees, and when needed, terminate an employment relationship. Topics will include: non-competition agreements in the wake of recent court decisions striking down the FTC’s rule banning non-competes; complying with the DOL’s new overtime rule; and understanding how to use AI in the workplace.
