Description
The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with NH Listens, invites you to join a three-part learning series designed to enhance workplace dynamics. Each session focuses on a distinct theme—personal and social identity, navigating tough conversations, and sustaining inclusive practices. Participants will gain valuable insights into how identity impacts leadership, develop skills to manage complex discussions and learn strategies to foster a resilient and inclusive workplace culture. Please note: It is not necessary to attend all 3 sessions but we welcome you to register for as many as you would like based on your availability and interest.
Session 2 on November 19:This session will guide you through navigating challenging conversations around gender identity, LGBTQIA+ issues, and generational differences. You'll learn practical strategies to approach these sensitive topics with confidence and respect, helping you to manage dilemmas and promote understanding within your team. The skills gained will empower you to lead discussions that support a diverse and harmonious workplace.
