Primerica Financial Service is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Client Services & Administrative Assistant to support our growing financial services practice.

This role is ideal for someone who:
✔️ Loves staying organized and keeping systems running smoothly
✔️ Enjoys working behind the scenes to support clients and a team
✔️ Takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail
✔️ Communicates professionally and confidently

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and processing client paperwork (including service forms and account updates)

  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments

  • Assisting with client communications (phone and email)

  • Maintaining organized digital and physical records

  • Supporting office projects and day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Professional communication skills

  • Dependable and detail-oriented

  • Prior administrative experience preferred
