What You’ll Do:

• Lead HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design for industrial, commercial, and institutional projects across New England
• Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule goals are met
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to develop integrated, high-performance solutions
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and oversee construction administration
• Contribute to firmwide growth by mentoring junior staff and advancing best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience designing and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and coordination
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Interest in energy efficiency, sustainability, and building performance
• Experience with energy modeling, commissioning, or displacement ventilation
• Knowledge of building science and low-energy design
