We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Producer to join our award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping people, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a supportive environment with room to grow.

✨ What You'll Do:

-Assist clients with personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and renters

-Educate customers on coverage options and recommend tailored protection plans

-Generate new business through referrals, networking, and agency marketing

-Build strong relationships with local realtors, mortgage lenders, and business partners

-Deliver top-tier service with compassion, integrity, and follow-through

✅ What We're Looking For:

-Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain ASAP)

-Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

-Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

-A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others

-Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM/quoting systems
