Warrenstreet Architects Inc. is an award-winning, employee-owned cooperative based in Concord, NH. For 36 years we’ve delivered thoughtful, community‑centered architecture across corporate, commercial, civic, education, healthcare, housing, recreation, nonprofit, and other specialty sectors throughout New England.

In anticipation of continued future growth and to meet the ongoing demands of our expanding client base, we are currently considering passionate professional candidates of varying experience levels to fill the following positions:

Your Strengths and Skills

Strong candidates will have extensive experience in the following:

• A forward-thinking mindset with a desire to grow within a multidisciplinary, leadership-oriented firm
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with clients and teams
• Deep understanding of building codes, construction detailing, industry-standard and trending
•  A collaborative approach paired with the confidence to guide and influence project direction
• A desire to be involved with space planning, programming, and developing creative concepts
• A keen eye and broad experience to advancing design development and prepare detailed construction documents.
• A full and clear understanding of the entire project cycle from concept through construction

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher degree in Architecture
• Pursuing licensure (AXP/ARE) registration a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of how buildings come together
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible, and comfortable working independently or within a team across all phases of project development
• Experience with Lumion, BIM360, Procore, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Ability to draw and think three‑dimensionally
• Familiarity with sustainable design strategies and LEED documentation

Experience

• Project Architect candidates shall have a minimum (5) years as licensed Architect
• Senior Project Architect candidates shall have a minimum of (10) years as licensed Architect
• Healthcare Architect candidates shall have a minimum of (10) years as a licensed Architect with a healthcare specific background
