Since 2004 we have been providing networking, security, data, voice, and email services, as well as hardware and software support. Our clients range in size from 10 to 100 employees, and we work in northern New England including New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

Daily Activities:

  • Handling Ticket Escalations
  • Updating service tickets.
  • Working with teammates to ensure timely resolution to client requests.
  • Installing, configuring, and migrating Servers and Network Equipment.
  • Configuring and maintaining Cloud Services.
  • Identify Client IT needs and work with team members to develop solutions.
  • Keep our clients safe by ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Create and maintain server and network topology, equipment, and configuration documentation for each client.
  • Perform system admin such as system/application install, server install, patch management, operating system problem analysis and resolution, log analysis, etc.
  • Onboard new clients by deploying system management tools.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems including network connectivity, traffic utilization, etc.
  • Install and configure networks to include firewalls, switches, VLANs, WIFI Access Points, and VPNs.
  • Provide infrastructure services including operating system, directory services, server virtualization using system backup and restore, system and network monitoring, application installation, and configuration.

Hard Skills:

  • Experience working with and deploying hypervisors such as Azure, Hyper-V, and VMWare ESXi.
  • Experience with PSA (Professional Services Automation) and RMM (remote monitoring and management) tools like ConnectWise.
  • Experience configuring VLANs and Routing.
  • Experience setting up servers and migrating server applications.
  • Experience with configuring Microsoft Office 365 tenants.
  • Experience with the online versions of Exchange and SharePoint.
  • A good sense of humor and ability to laugh at yourself.

One or more of these certifications:

  • CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+
  • CompTIA Cloud Essentials and Cloud+ are a definite plus
  • Microsoft 365 Certification
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate

Salary: $75,225.00 - $85,772.00 per year
