Coordinates student conduct processes, Title IX compliance, and non-clinical
student support services through the Lynx CARE Center framework. Ensures timely response to student
concerns, consistent case management, and compliance with institutional policies and applicable
regulations. Responsibilities include Title IX intake, case management, investigation, adjudication, and
service in other system-wide Title IX roles, as assigned. This position does not serve as the final decisionmaker in student conduct matters and does not provide clinical counseling services. The position reports to the VP of Student Success at NHTI,- Concord’s Community College.
