Colliers Facilitates Industrial Building Sale in Bow, NH for $3.05M

Colliers, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is pleased to announce the successful sale of 161 River Road in Bow, New Hampshire. The 31,649± SF, meticulously maintained industrial facility was acquired by the Edward Jewett Revocable Trust of 2002 for $3,050,000, according to records filed with the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds. The transaction was facilitated by Chris Pascucci of SPERRY-Commercial Realty Associates, who represented the seller, and David Choate and Abby Bachman of Colliers, who represented the buyer.

Structured as an investment sale, the transaction included a sale-leaseback component in which the seller will continue to occupy one of the four units. This arrangement enhances the property's appeal as a stabilized, income-generating asset. The acquisition was also completed as part of a 1031 exchange, underscoring sustained investor interest in high-quality industrial properties in strategic regional markets.

“Colliers was on top of its game in seeing this deal through to fruition and our family thanks Abby and David for treating this transaction as if it were their own.” - Ed Jewett, Trustee
