Devine Millimet Attorneys Admitted As Shareholders

Manchester, NH – Devine Millimet is pleased to announce that Joseph G. Mattson and Jeffrey D. Adams have been admitted as Shareholders of the firm, effective January 1, 2025.

Joseph (Joey) joined Devine Millimet in January 2020 and is currently the Chair of Devine Millimet’s Devine Health Practice Group, which represents all members of the healthcare-provider community. This includes hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician practices, individual practitioners, and agencies responsible for the health and related needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness.

Joey’s goal has always been to help clients sidestep the time, expense, and unpleasantness of litigation. Many times, he is able to help clients avoid future disputes and problems if consulted before suit is filed. When contested matters arise, Joey has successfully guided clients through the litigation process when it is unavoidable.

Jeffrey (Jeff) joined Devine Millimet in July 2023 and is the Chair of Devine Millimet’s Financial Services Litigation Practice Group through which he represents banks, lenders, credit unions, mortgage loan servicers, and automotive finance companies in individual litigation and appeals in federal and state courts. Jeff also has substantial commercial litigation experience in state and federal Courts representing clients in contract, tort, consumer protection statute, and various other types of litigation.  Further, Jeff practices in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group where he represents individuals in divorce and related family matters.
