4/7/2023
Devine Millimet Attorneys at Law is pleased to welcome three new Corporate Of Counsel Attorneys to their firm. With over 50 years combined experience, the addition of individuals of this caliber is an asset to the team.
Richard J. Schoepke, a native of Tennessee, joined the firm on March 13th, 2023. With a JD from University of Memphis, he brings an extensive knowledge of estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and more. “I do this to help families develop and implement strategies to keep their legacies alive for their children and grandchildren.” Schoepke says. “In these situations, I want my clients to have confidence that their desires and goals will be accomplished after they are gone. Confidence, in turn, brings peace of mind and clarity to what many consider a difficult and anxiety inducing subject.”
Laura J. Gandia, a long-time resident of New Hampshire, joined the firm on March 20, 2023, as a member of the firm’s real estate team. With a juris doctorate from Massachusetts School of Law, she specializes in complex planning and zoning issues, municipal government affairs and land use. As a former municipal planner, she brings a unique perspective and skill set to the firm. “Apart from my professional work as an attorney, I recognize the spirit of giving back to the community. I serve as a volunteer in multiple capacities whether in town government or helping non-profit organizations, “ Gandia says. “I am blessed to be able to use what I do for a living to help better the lives of the people of New Hampshire and the towns where we live.”
