Devine Millimet Welcomes Attorneys Manocchi, Leberman, and Weinstein
Devine Millimet Attorneys at Law is pleased to have welcomed three new attorneys to the firm in late June. Associate Alex Manocchi and seasoned veteran lawyers Peter Leberman and Jeffrey Weinstein bring with them roughly 95 years of combined legal experience and knowledge, making them valuable additions to the Devine Millimet team of professionals.
Alex states, “I work to help people who want to make their own way in the world and be their own boss. Attorney Leberman is a graduate of Washington & Lee University School of Law for his Juris Doctor degree in 1984 and then, in 1988, for his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University of Law. “I appreciate the ‘smarts’ and resources that my new colleagues afford me and my clients.” He continues to serve the needs of for-profit businesses, not-for-profit organizations, healthcare providers, entrepreneurs, and families.
Peter tells us, “During my nearly 40-year career in New Hampshire, I have frequently been on the other side of transactions with Devine lawyers. They have always had a ‘let’s find a way to get it done’ attitude and worked collaboratively.”
Attorney Weinstein is a graduate of Villanova University Law School. He has been a lawyer for 48 years with eight years of experience in trial work in various contexts, and the other forty years were spent in corporations as General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer managing the legal, risk management, compliance, security, human resources, mergers and acquisitions, boards of directors, and insurance sectors.
When asked about his law career, Jeff says, “I strive to represent my clients with professionalism and integrity, ensuring their interests are protected to the full extent of their legal rights, while maintaining their interests in being fair and even handed.”
