Manchester, NH – Devine Millimet welcomes our newest associate, Olivia G. Wheat, to the firm's Manchester, New Hampshire office.

Olivia graduated from Golden Gate School of Law in San Francisco, CA, attaining her Juris Doctor. She began her career as a practice-certified law clerk in the Homicide Unit of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.

From there, Olivia moved on to the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled matters ranging from misdemeanors to violent felonies. When Olivia moved back to her home state of New Hampshire in 2020, she made the switch to criminal defense.

Olivia is the newest member of the litigation team with a focus on Criminal Law and Family Litigation.
