Employer Seminar to Spotlight Workforce Resources Available to New Hampshire Businesses

Area employers are invited to a timely and informative Employer Seminar: Workforce Resources in New Hampshire, taking place Friday, March 27, 2026, from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. at NHTI – Concord’s Community College, Grappone Hall, Room 106.

Designed specifically for business leaders, owners, HR professionals, and managers -- the seminar will highlight key workforce programs and tools available to New Hampshire employers—many of which are underutilized or not widely understood. The event aims to help businesses navigate today’s labor challenges by connecting them directly with experts and resources that support recruitment, retention, and workforce development.

Topics will include:

**The local economic outlook and labor market trends

**Training reimbursement programs that help offset employee development costs

**Paid Family Medical Leave options and considerations for employers

**Job fairs and recruitment events that connect businesses with job seekers

**And additional workforce initiatives available at the state and regional level

The seminar is hosted in partnership with New Hampshire Employment Security, the NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs, ELMI, NHTI, and the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, bringing together a wide range of expertise in one accessible forum.

“This seminar is about making sure employers know what’s available to them,” organizers say. “There are real programs and supports that can help businesses attract talent, upskill employees, and stay competitive—but only if they know how to access them.”

The event is free, but registration is required. Employers are encouraged to register early, as space is limited.

To register, scan the QR code on the event flyer or visit this registration link.

For businesses navigating a tight labor market, this seminar offers practical insight, direct connections, and actionable resources—all in one morning.
