Amherst, NH – January 27, 2026 – HPM Insurance and Insurance Solutions Corporation (ISC) are pleased to announce their merger, uniting two well-established New Hampshire insurance agencies with long-standing commitments to client service, community involvement, and professional expertise.

This merger builds on the agencies' previously announced strategic affiliation and accelerates collaboration between the two organizations. By strengthening their teams, leveraging shared technologies, and aligning core values, the combined organization is positioned to enhance service offerings, streamline workflows, and strengthen carrier partnerships. Clients across New Hampshire and New England will benefit from expanded resources and a broader range of insurance solutions.
