Nadeau, Palmeri, Watson Join CATCH Board

Concord, NH – CATCH Neighborhood Housing is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its board of directors. At its March meeting, the board approved the addition of Chris Nadeau, Julie Palmeri, and Todd Watson.


Chris Nadeau, PE, currently serves as Director of Commercial Services for The Nobis Group. In addition to over 28 years of engineering experience, Nadeau has supported many non-profits in managing projects from the conceptual stage through final construction.


When asked about serving on CATCH’s board of directors, Nadeau said, ““I’m honored to be a part of this great organization and look forward to contributing to the enhancement of affordable housing in the greater Concord Community.”


A long time champion of affordable housing, Julie Palmeri currently serves as Executive Director of Concord Housing + Redevelopment. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of The Severn Companies and oversaw property management functions for 79 properties.


Palmeri remarked, "I’m incredibly excited to serve on CATCH Housing’s Board of Directors.  CATCH is a pioneer in affordable housing development in the Concord area and it is an honor to work directly with their leadership to plan, finance, and construct desperately needed rental homes.  These life-changing, affordable residences provide not just a place to live, but the foundation for a thriving community.”


In his current role as VP of Commercial Lending at Franklin Savings Bank, Todd Watson works closely with businesses and organizations throughout central NH. He is also a graduate of Leadership Greater Concord’s Class of 2022 and has served on CATCH’s Finance Committee for over four years.


Regarding the need for more affordable housing, Watson said, “Affordable housing is such a crucial component to our economy and community. We are currently in dire need of safe affordable housing for all. I look forward to working with the board of CATCH to help provide affordable housing for the communities we serve.”


CATCH President and CEO Tom Furtado said, “We are very excited to welcome Chris, Julie, and Todd to CATCH’s board. They each bring expertise and experiences that will be very valuable to CATCH’s mission.
