CONCORD, NH, September 18, 2022 – For the eleventh time, Northeast Delta Dental has been recognized as one of the Best Companies to Work For in NH by Business NH Magazine and twice it was inducted into the Hall of Fame for receiving the honor four out of five years in a row. The competition is fierce, with only a dozen chosen. Judging is based on a combination of a culture score, benefits score, employee engagement survey and a company tour.
“I was thrilled to hear that 97% of our workforce agrees they can keep a reasonable balance between work and personal life,” commented Northeast Delta Dental President & CEO Tom Raffio. “Striking that balance between work and home is just one of the many ways we attract and retain such amazing and dedicated talent.”
Northeast Delta Dental was heralded for its “robust benefits,” including 100% paid health insurance premiums for individual employees, fully paid dental and vision plans and a retirement plan that doesn’t require a match to receive a company contribution.
The company’s culture of appreciation is best exemplified on day one when the new employee is greeted with their name on the marquee, receives a campus tour and is presented with a generous swag bag.
Through its Bright Ideas program, Northeast Delta Dental celebrates and mines the talent of its workforce by encouraging suggestions for how the company can improve. More than 40% of the ideas are implemented and if they aren’t the company explains why.
On September 21, Northeast Delta Dental and its fellow winners will be honored at the annual Breakfast with the Best event in Manchester, NH. The event will be an opportunity for the award recipients to share their most important best practices with panel discussions and workshops.
