Patrick Donahue Joins CATCH Neighborhood Housing as Controller
Patrick Donahue has joined CATCH Neighborhood Housing as the new financial Controller. In this role, Donahue is responsible for the HR staff as well as the accounting team and all functions related to the everyday financial management of CATCH Neighborhood Housing and its subsidiary non-profit Alliance Asset Management.
Patrick brings more than twenty-five years of non-profit and for-profit financial experience to the team, with his work at New Hampshire Legal Assistance and New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA) being particularly relevant to our mission here at CATCH. “We are excited to have Patrick here on staff,” said Tom Furtado, President and CEO. “At CATCH we have a responsibility to our investors, our residents, and our donors to keep our financial records meticulously accurate and up to date. Our fiscal responsibility makes it possible for us to meet the goals of our mission to create communities where every person, every family, is confident of a safe and affordable home.
A lifelong NH resident, Donahue currently lives in the Lakes Region with his wife and two children.
