3D Lidar Scanning & Imagery

Utilizing a Matterport Pro 3, a high‑precision 3D Lidar scanner that captures existing conditions with remarkable clarity, this advanced technology allows us to document spaces before, during, and after construction, preserving the exact locations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components that will later be concealed. From HVAC filters and valves to shutoffs and other critical maintenance items, this data becomes an invaluable long‑term resource and allows the creation of detailed existing floor plans, elevations, and building sections derived directly from scans.

Drone Aerial Photography & Videography

Warrenstreet now provides professional aerial imaging using our DJI Air‑3 drone, equipped with dual wide‑angle cameras capable of producing stunning 48MP photos and high‑quality video. Our certified remote pilots hold commercial drone licenses, ensuring safe, compliant, and expertly executed flights. 3D Printing & Physical Modeling
